Flagstaff, AZ – The snow arrived in Flagstaff this year right on schedule-for a normal year. A Pacific storm system dumped 17 inches at the airport and more than 3 feet on the nearby San Francisco Peaks. But it took us by surprise, since normal years have become so rare.
