Officials with Grand Canyon National Park are set to being renovation projects in the canyon’s back country.
Crews will replace roofing at the Indian Gardens water pump houses. They’ll also repair the walking surface of the Kaibab Suspension Bridge over the Colorado River. Officials say hikers might experience delays and detours on the trail but bridge closures aren’t expected. Both projects should be completed by mid-April.
