Flagstaff, AZ – Sedona resident Anne Snowden Crosman is a former journalist for NBC and the first female radio correspondent for CBS. She's also the author of a book entitled, Young at Heart, Aging Gracefully with Attitude. It's a series of interviews with people - mostly in their 80's and 90's - about defying age with zest. Crosman spoke with Arizona Public Radio's Gillian Ferris Kohl about research for the book.
