Former Mexican President Vicente Fox makes his case Thursday for greater economic cooperation -- and use of Mexican migrant labor -- to bolster the economies of both his country and the United States.
Vicente Fox warned today that unless this country works closer with Mexico -- and recognizes the benefits of immigrant labor -- it will end up playing second fiddle to China.
