HOW TO ENTER:

Any eligible individual who contributes to KNAU between 12:00 AM, September 8, 2008 and midnight on October 16th, 2008 is automatically entered into the sweepstakes.  

To participate without contribution, handprint your full name, complete address with ZIP Code, date of birth, and day/evening phone numbers with area code on a standard size postcard and mail with the proper postage affixed:

Postcard entries must be postmarked no later than October 24, 2008. You will be notified only if you win.

Limit one entry per household. Limit one prize per individual/household per 365 days.  

The following individuals are not eligible for sweepstakes entry: current and prior KNAU employees, RadioActives, plus their immediate family members or household members; residents of New York, Rhode Island, and Florida; and non-United States residents. Void where prohibited. This sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state, and local laws. All entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decision of KNAU is final and binding.

DRAWING AND PRIZE AWARD

A random drawing will be made of all eligible, completed entries received during the Sweepstake Period. Winner will be notified by telephone only. The winner will be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility/release of liability/prize acceptance form ("the Form") and an IRS Form W9 by the due date specified on the Form. Winner of KNAU items/tickets need not complete these forms. Winners who have pledged a contribution must submit payment before the prize can be received. Failure to comply with these Official Rules, failure to execute and return the required documents by the specified due date will result in awarding the prize to an alternate winner.

Entry constitutes permission to post winner's name on the KNAU’s website and the use of the winner's name, likeness and hometown for purposes of publicity and/or advertising without further compensation unless prohibited by law. By accepting the prize, winner agrees that KNAU and all of its respective employees, representatives and agents shall have no liability for, and shall hold all such parties harmless against damage, loss or injury that may arise in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prizes or participation in this Sweepstakes. NAU Foundation, KNAU and any prize sponsors make no representations of any kind concerning the appearance, performance or safety of any prize awarded. All security deposits, taxes, title, license, registration and insurance fees and expenses are the responsibility of the winner. Any damage incurred in the villa, will be covered by the sweepstake winner. KNAU reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.
