Flagstaff, AZ – Many people across the country are wrapping up their first week of post-Thanksgiving dieting. That's probably a good thing, considering more than half of all Americans are overweight or obese. Even so, society isn't always designed to accommodate large people. Airplane seats can be too small, restaurant chairs too flimsy and not all medical facilities are equipped to care for big patients. But, hospitals across the country are working to change that, including the Flagstaff Medical Center. Arizona Public Radio's Gillian Ferris Kohl reports.
