The original plan called for Snowbowl to use water directly from the city of Flagstaff's treated wastewater plant.
Phoenix, AZ – Governor Jan Brewer says she wasn't impressed with President Barack Obama's speech this morning on immigration.
The president called for overhauling the country's immigration laws during his address at American University in Washington .and said it would take a bipartisan effort to make it happen. But Governor Brewer says she was hoping for more.

During dry times of year, lenticular clouds often form over southwestern mountains. Formed where high ground pushes up large standing waves of air, they have very clearly defined shapes and appear to stay in place even as the wind blows.
Phoenix, AZ – The Obama administration announced last month it would deploy 12- hundred National Guard troops to help secure the border. On Monday the White House provides some specifics -- 524 of these assinged to Arizona, mainly doing surveillance and repairing about 22 miles of existing border fence. But Gov. Jan Brewer, who got a briefing Monday from top administration officials of what the president plans to do, said there's less there than meets the eye.

One year after finishing her treatment, she was told that it had spread, or "metastasized", to her liver, lungs, and bones. It's not curable, but it is manageable.
